Our Water

The prints in this gallery mark a departure from my earlier focus on ocean water as the means by which settler culture populated the world. I have consciously put aside the settings of so much conflict and destruction. In its place I imagine here a contemporary utopia of beauty and tranquility as if I was snorkeling in paradise. I approached this interpretation with spontaneity and a myriad of mark-making as I reveled in the accidental qualities of mixed media and monotype printmaking.
